The title says it all. This week we are under an EXCESSIVE HEAT WARNING, as is most of the midwest and parts of the south. And all I can say is YUCK!!!
I grew up in the New Orleans, LA area. While I miss my family and friends from there I do NOT miss this weather. That is why when the midwest starts to suffer with this oppressive heat I become an unhappy person.
The heat indexes are supposed to be between 105-120 degrees this week. That's just crazy!!!
I hope wherever you are you are able to stay cool. If you are outside a lot please keep hydrated. This will definitely be a week that we stay inside as much as possible and figure out things to do to keep up entertained inside.
